1. Eligibility for Return

Items can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Originals or limited editions must include authenticity certificates (if provided).

Used or damaged products not caused by shipping

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@artemuse.store
within 48 hours.

Provide your order number, photos/videos, and a description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Refunds for EasyPaisa and JazzCash are processed to the original payment method.

COD refunds will be processed through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the product is damaged or incorrect, Arte Muse covers return shipping.

For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.

If not, a full refund will be issued.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch.

Once shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
